- Design Collaboration: We kick off with a design consultation, tailoring a badge that embodies your event.
- Interactive Preview: You’ll be invited to review a 3D digital render, ensuring the design aligns best with your vision.
- Prototyping: You are sent videos for feedback on the prototypes being tested. Your input is welcome. After completion, the prototypes are mailed to you for further review with free 2-day UPS shipping.
- Custom Firmware: While you decide what you want changed about the prototype, we’re programming custom firmware, making each badge include engaging functionality.
- Production & Quality Assurance: Upon your final approval, we move to production, where each badge is built, programmed, and tested in the USA to meet our high standards.
- Delivery: Your custom badges are packaged and shipped with free two-day UPS shipping, ready to dazzle attendees at your upcoming event.

Are the badges made in the USA?
- Yes. Every badge is designed, assembled, programmed, and tested in the great state of South Carolina. Cyber City Circuits is also a Veteran-Owned Small Business based in South Carolina.

What's the minimum order quantity?
- The standard pricing tiers start at 100 badges. Smaller or highly custom runs can be discussed directly, as they will need to be quoted differently.

Can badges be customized with our own logo, colors, or shape?
- Yes. Every badge is custom-designed around your logo, color scheme, and branding. Share your logo and any design ideas with us, and we'll develop a badge concept based on them. If you have art that you would like used, that would be very helpful.

How long does production take?
- Standard delivery is 12 weeks after payment. Prototypes ship free via 2-day UPS so you can review before full production. Highly custom or advanced badge designs may require up to 6 months to complete a full product design cycle, ensuring your super fancy badge delights your audience.

What happens if I need changes after the prototype?
- Every order includes one round of design revisions after you receive your prototype, so you can request changes to the artwork, colors, or lighting before full production begins. Additional revisions beyond that may be available depending on schedule.

They took the through hole design from the first generation and really improved it and built a great second generation surface mounted one with a number of great new features.
