Services

We provide custom design and manufacturing of electronic PCB event badges. Each badge can feature artwork supplied by the client, RGB LEDs, and other customizable elements. Our badges are available in dimensions up to 3.5″ x 3.5″ (85mm x 85mm) and come in a gold or silver finish. All materials used are lead-free. Exception can be made, but they will be charged accordingly.

Battery Safety

Unless agreed otherwise, all badges are shipped with batteries installed, bagged, and ready to hand out. If some badges may sit in storage or inventory for more than six months, the batteries should be removed to prevent corrosion.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery timeframe is 12-16 weeks from the start of work, which includes a single prototype run and full manufacturing. The prototype is typically completed halfway through this period. Shipping costs are included for orders within the continental US. We aim to have the badges shipped to you at least two weeks before your event date.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available based on our production schedule and will incur additional fees. Please reach out to us for rush order pricing and availability.

Payment Terms

The quoted price covers all labor, materials, assembly, custom firmware development, testing, batteries, and shipping. Full payment is required before work commences.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Client-Provided Artwork: The client retains ownership of all artwork they provide for the badge design. By providing artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share these materials with us.

Design Ownership: We retain ownership of any custom elements of the PCB design, including layouts, fabrication files, CAD files, or added features not part of the client’s provided artwork.

Marketing Image Rights: Cyber City Circuits and BadgesBadgesBadges.com reserves the right to use images of your badge for marketing purposes on the website, social media, and other platforms. Please notify us if you prefer not to have your badge used in this way. We will quickly comply with any such requests.

Revisions and Approval

Art Revisions: The price includes one round of art revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra charges.

Approval Process: Clients must approve the final badge design before manufacturing begins. The plan is to have a working manufacturing prototype in your hands within the first six weeks. Any design changes requested after this final approval may result in additional fees and potentially significant delays.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once work has begun, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted at any stage of the process, including design, prototyping, and manufacturing.

Warranty and Liability

Warranty Statement: We provide a limited warranty on the badges' functionality for 30 days after delivery or 7 days after your event, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in materials, design, and workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Refunds or Repair: We may use our own discetion on remedy warranty related issues. We reserve the right to chose between a refund, credit, or repair.
